Dispatch - Non UV Printed Items

We aim to dispatch your parcel on the same working day (Monday to Friday) if your order is placed before 10am.

All orders placed after 10am will be sent the next working day

All orders placed after 10am Friday will be dispatched on Monday (except Bank Holidays)

Postage & packaging costs are included in the delivery price

Please check the contents of your parcel and inform us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery

Dispatch - UV Printed Items

All UV Printed Items have a dispatch time of 2-3 working days

All UV Items are print on order, therefore they are exempt from the returns policy

Dispatch - Acrylic Items & DTF Prints

All acrylic items, UVDTF & DTF Print ordered before 10am, we aim to dispatch on the same day, orders after 10am on Friday will be sent on Monday (except Bank Holidays)

UVDTF Information

UVDTF prints offer several benefits of being able to transfer stickers onto many smooth surface.

The process we use incorporates flexible inks with a state of the art modern process

We only use the recommended quality films to enhance the printing process incorporated within the UVDTF machine

The colour spectrum of choice offered is unlimited which provides bright vibrant colours

Step 1, clean surface

Step 2, Remove backing card

Step 3, apply to product making sure you have no trapped air

Step 4, apply pressure with a flat edge to maintain good adhesion

Step 4, remove top layer of film

Care Instructions:

Do not place in dishwasher, handwash only, do not soak, do spray fragrances on to the transfer

DTF Information

DTF prints offer several benefits of being able to press
onto many materials, polyester, cotton, material blends, neoprene, leather,
smooth surface wood.

With the machine and system that we use it uses less ink and
produces less waste which makes it a more sustainable printing method.

The inks that we use when printing are OEKO – TEX certified
inks, the Mimaki inks that we use have acquired eco passport certification
which is required to obtain OEO-TEX international standard that guarantees the
safety of textile products whilst reducing the environmental impact.

Our inks are water based delivering high density vivid
colours and superior image quality, guaranteeing safe skin-friendly printing
and environmental commitments.
